As mothers, we sometimes forget that our health is as important as the health of our child. They need us to be well, strong, and calm so that we can care for them. If you are struggling with your diet, get help. Registered Dietitians are clinically-trained food and nutrition experts who can help you to understand your baby’s condition, and work with you to develop an eating plan that works for you and your family. Continuing to breastfeed is the best choice for your baby, and has been shown to lower risk of future allergies. If you have concerns or questions, please talk to a certified Lactation Consultant. You can find one through the International Lactation Consultant Association.
