Judith C. Thalheimer, RD, LDN

Judith C. Thalheimer, RD, LDN, is a Registered Dietitian specializing in community education and freelance writing through her corporation, JTRD Nutrition Education Services, LLC. As a mother of two children who had Allergic Proctocolitis as infants, Judy has firsthand experience with this condition, including two years spent following the dairy- and soy-protein-free diet while breastfeeding.

Judy lives with her husband, two sons and their Curly-Coated Retriever outside of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Anne Eglash, MD, IBCLC, FABM


Anne Eglash, MD, IBCLC, FABM, is a clinical professor with the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. A family physician and a board certified lactation consultant, Anne is the medical director of the University of Wisconsin lactation clinic. She is also the cofounder of the Academy of Breastfeeding Medicine and the medical director and cofounder of the Mothers’ Milk Bank of the Western Great Lakes. She has a free educational breastfeeding podcast series which can be found on iTunes or they can be listened to on her website (requires Flash).
